Lots of words for this Wednesday!!!!

After two years and two months I think we are finally starting  to see movement on Abbie's adoption!
Here's what I was pleasantly surprised with yesterday.

The COA (Certificate of abandonment/adoptability) is in....
The new birth certificates have been issued....
Our file was submitted to family court yesterday...
And the papers are getting ready to be submitted for pre-approval!!!
Thank you Jesus!!!

Stay Tuned....

For possible good news about Abbie girls adoption!!!
Just waiting to hear back from lawyer!!!

Weekend Parade

It was homecoming weekend for the high school in our neighborhood. Every year they put on a parade right down the street from our house. Isaiah loved every minute of it!
Chillin with Dad on the bike waiting for the parade to start
Hurry up and start already!
Hey ladies!

Walking back home with grandma and
sucking on a lolipop!
As you can see...he enjoyed every bit of it!

FFF- Silly Smiles

A little over two years ago, one Sunday afternoon, my Daughter and I were surfing the internet when I came across a website that I had no idea about. I think it was called Precious photolisting. It was a listing of babies that were available for adoption in several Countries.
At the time my dossier was about 80% done with all intentions of sending it off to China but something about this goofy looking girl with a silly smile changed our minds.
There were LOTS of BEAUTIFUL babies on that adoption listing for Guatemala but something always drew us back to Abbie with the crazy hat and silly smile. =)

For those who might be new to my blog, I still wait for Abbie and hope in the near future I can see her silly smile everday!!
